Es geht darum das Gesundheitswesen dauerhaft auf eine tragf\u00e4hige Grundlage zu stellen, die Qualit\u00e4t der Versorgung zu verbessern und die vorhandenen Ressourcen effizient einzusetzen. Die Entscheidungen im Bereich der Gesundheitsversorgung bedeuten also eine langfristige Weichenstellung f\u00fcr alle B\u00fcrger und das gesamte Sozialsystem. Hans-J\u00fcrgen Urban versucht die Vorschl\u00e4ge, die aktuell diskutiert werden, in einen Gesamtzusammenhang zu stellen und zu bewerten.
