Wie funktioniert Inklusion in der Praxis? Was kommt auf die Schulen und die Kommunen zu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Vom SPD-Wahlkreisb\u00fcro Schw\u00e4bisch Hall<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schule ist f\u00fcr alle da \u2013 auch f\u00fcr Kinder mit Behinderungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber diese und weitere Fragen wird bei der Veranstaltung der SPD-Landtagsfraktion \u201eSchule ist f\u00fcr alle da \u2013 das Recht auf Inklusion\u201c am Montag, 28. Juni 2010, Haus des Landtags in Stuttgart, von 16 bis 19 Uhr, diskutiert. Der Schw\u00e4bisch Haller SPD-Landtagsabgeordnete Nik Sakellariou l\u00e4dt alle Interessierten hierzu ein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diskussion \u00fcber notwendige weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nachdem Deutschland die UN-Konvention \u00fcber die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen ratifiziert hat, geht es nicht mehr um das Ob, sondern nur noch um das Wie der Inklusion behinderter Kinder in die Regelschule. Betroffene Kinder und deren Eltern haben einen Anspruch auf einen Platz in der allgemein bildenden Schule. \u201eJedoch reichen die Pl\u00e4ne der Landesregierung nicht aus, um den Anforderungen der der UN-Konvention gerecht zu werden\u201c, so Nikolaos Sakellariou.
