Das Landesarbeitsgericht hat in zweiter Instanz die Berufung der Arbeitgeberseite abgewiesen und stellt fest, dass der Firmentarifvertrag des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs Terex-Fuchs auch im Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich ETS Rothenburg Anwendung findet. Ab jetzt (14.
