M\u00e4rz 2010, eindeutig zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass sie das Hochbauprojekt nicht weiter verfolgen wollen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><em>Pressemitteilung der Stadtverwaltung Schw\u00e4bisch Hall<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Allerdings ist das Hochbauprojekt weiter Gegenstand der Anh\u00f6rung. \u00d6ffentlich ausgelegt ist der <span>Bebauungsplan, die dazugeh\u00f6renden \u00f6rtlichen Bauvorschriften und die Begr\u00fcndung f\u00fcr  die Dauer eines Monats ab <\/span><span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Donnerstag, 18. M\u00e4rz 2010 <\/span><\/span><span>beim Baurechtsamt der Stadt Schw\u00e4bisch Hall. <\/span>Aus formalen rechtlichen Gr\u00fcnden kann dieses Bauvorhaben erst mit Satzungsbeschluss aus dem Bebauungsplan genommen werden. Dieser Satzungsbeschluss wird voraussichtlich am 19. Mai 2010 auf der Tagesordnung des Gemeinderats stehen.
