Die Stadt Schw\u00e4bisch Hall hat f\u00fcr das soziokulturelle Zentrum einen Geb\u00e4udekomplex am S\u00e4umarkt vorgeschlagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Stellungnahme des Club Alpha 60-Vorstands, erstmals ver\u00f6ffentlicht im Schw\u00e4bisch Haller Monatsmagazin Alpha Press, Ausgabe Februar\/M\u00e4rz 2010<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Veranstaltungsraum ist f\u00fcr Konzerte zu schmal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Generell waren wir von dem uns vorgestellten Geb\u00e4udekomplex am S\u00e4umarkt angetan. Allerdings stellte sich bei der Besichtigung heraus, dass der Veranstaltungsraum in keinem reellen Verh\u00e4ltnis zu unseren Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Anspr\u00fcchen steht. Eine Raumbreite von 3,50 Meter ist bedauerlicherweise zu schmal und f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen wie Konzerte definitiv nicht nutzbar.<br \/>\nAn dieser Stelle m\u00f6chten wir festhalten, dass die Kosten f\u00fcr Vereinsgesch\u00e4ft und Kulturarbeit des Club alpha haupts\u00e4chlich im Vereinsheim durch Veranstaltungen und Thekenbetrieb erwirtschaftet werden. Mit einem zu kleinen Veranstaltungsraum k\u00f6nnten entsprechende Einnahmen nicht mehr erzielt werden. Bei Nutzung externer R\u00e4umlichkeiten w\u00fcrden zus\u00e4tzliche Mietkosten auf uns zu kommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probleme mit Anwohnern sind vorhersehbar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch w\u00fcrde die dauerhafte Auslagerung von Club-Veranstaltungen dem Zweck eines Vereinslokals widersprechen. Bildet doch ein ausreichend gro\u00dfer Veranstaltungsraum f\u00fcr Konzerte, Lesungen etc. das Herzst\u00fcck unseres Vereins. Uns ist durchaus bewu\u00dft, dass unter Umst\u00e4nden bei einzelnen der von uns formulierten Anspr\u00fcche Abstriche gemacht werden m\u00fcssen. Ein geeigneter Veranstaltungsraum geh\u00f6rt allerdings zu den zentralsten unserer Forderungen.
