Parra informierte, dass die Forschung mit 50 Organisationen, in Panam\u00e1, Guatemala, Nicar\u00e1gua und Honduras gemacht wurde. Er sagte weiter, dass die Weltbank den Organisationen mehr Visibilit\u00e4t (Sicht, Sichtbarkeit, Sichtverh\u00e4ltnisse, Sichtweite) geben, aber keine Projekte direkt finanzieren kann.
