Die heutige Entscheidung in zweiter Instanz best\u00e4tige die Auffassung der IG Metall, wonach es sich bei der CGZP um ein nicht tariff\u00e4higes Gebilde handele. &#8222;Wer um des Profit Willens auf Scheintarifvertr\u00e4ge setzt, war schon immer schlecht beraten und muss sich nun auf umfangreiche Nachzahlungen einstellen&#8220;, sagte Schwitzer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IG Metall rechnet mit vielen weiteren Klagen von Leiharbeitnehmern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die IG Metall rechnet infolge der Entscheidung mit einer Vielzahl weiterer Klagen von Leiharbeitnehmern, die auf Grundlage unwirksamer CGZP-Tarife entlohnt werden.
