Die Gr\u00fcnen schlagen Alarm.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Gefunden von Axel Wiczorke, Hohenlohe-ungefiltert<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Die deutsche Justiz greift immer h\u00e4ufiger zum umstrittenen Mittel der Telefon\u00fcberwachung. 2008 ist die Zahl der Verfahren, in denen Telefongespr\u00e4che und Computerkommunikation abgeh\u00f6rt oder \u00fcberwacht wurden, um elf Prozent gestiegen.<br \/>\nBesonders drastisch ist der Anstieg mit 30 Prozent in Bayern ausgefallen. Die Zahlen beziehen sich allerdings nur auf die Abh\u00f6rma\u00dfnahmen auf Basis der Strafprozessordnung, also im Rahmen laufender Ermittlungs- und Strafverfahren wegen eines konkreten Verdachts auf eine Straftat.
