Privatfirmen ersetzen deshalb marode Alt- durch schicke Neubauten, mit oft trickreichen Vertragsdetails. &#8222;Facility Manager&#8220; ersetzen zum Beispiel den st\u00e4dtischen Hausmeister &#8211; nach dem sich dann mancher Lehrer und Sch\u00fcler zur\u00fccksehnt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Gefunden von Axel Wiczorke, Hohenlohe-ungefiltert<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) aus Frankfurt (Sachsenhausen), das einem das Blut in den Adern gefrieren l\u00e4sst. Das Geb\u00e4ude wird von einem privaten Investor gebaut (in diesem Fall die Hochtief AG) und von ihm auch noch 20 Jahre lang nach der Fertigstellung bewirtschaftet. Die Stadt bleibt Eigent\u00fcmerin der Schule; Betreiber aber ist das Unternehmen, das dem Schulamt seine Dienste in Rechnung stellt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr uns hier relevant, weil unser Bundestagsabgeordneter <strong>Christian von Stetten<\/strong> ein gro\u00dfer Bef\u00fcrworter solcher PPPs ist (siehe hierzu auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hohenlohe-ungefiltert.de\/?p=304\">https:\/\/www.hohenlohe-ungefiltert.de\/?p=304<\/a>, Donnerstag, 19.M\u00e4rz 2009) ist.
