Laut Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Dr. M\u00fcller w\u00e4re vor allem der Angestelltenbereich vom geplanten Personalabbau betroffen.\u00a0Es sollen dazu bereits in der Woche nach der Betriebsversammlung Verhandlungen mit dem Betriebsrat stattfinden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Von der IG Metall Schw\u00e4bisch Hall<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternativen zu Entlassungen notwendig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung legte zur Entt\u00e4uschung der rund 320 anwesenden Besch\u00e4ftigten nach wie vor kein Konzept vor, wie die Besch\u00e4ftigung am Standort gehalten werden kann.\u00a0Alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen zeigten der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung daraufhin die rote Karte. Der Betriebsrat k\u00fcndigte zudem Aktionen au\u00dferhalb des Betriebes an, sollte es mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung nicht zu einer L\u00f6sung im Sinne von &#8222;Erhalt der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze&#8220; kommen.
