Mit E-Gitarre, Retro-Future-Elektronik, einem Faible f\u00fcr schmutzige Chansons kreiere er seine eigene Nische im Showgesch\u00e4ft: den Hard Schlager. Sedlmeir zerlegt Eitelkeiten mit Poesie, Gestus und schwarzem Humor und erzeugt eine Stimmung wie im Las Vegas der 1970er-Jahre. Die Inspiration f\u00fcr seine Unterhaltungsshows sch\u00f6pft er aus dem Glanz im Dreckigen und aus dem Erb\u00e4rmlichen im Famosen. Im Oktober 2015 hat Sedlmeir mit &#8222;Melodien sind sein Leben&#8220; sein f\u00fcnftes Album ver\u00f6ffentlicht und damit einen Meilenstein erschaffen.
