Der Regisseur f\u00e4ngt die politischen und sozialen Auswirkungen der Krise in intensiven, teilweise ersch\u00fctternden Bildern ein und spricht sowohl mit den politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern als auch mit den direkt Betroffenen der Krise. Avger\u00f3poulos dokumentiert Zust\u00e4nde, von denen man nicht mehr glaubte, dass sie in Europa m\u00f6glich w\u00e4ren: Armut, Obdachlosigkeit und eine immer h\u00f6here Arbeitslosigkeit greifen um sich.
