Dieses findet am Samstag, 5. und Sonntag, 6. November statt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Von der Stadtverwaltung Schw\u00e4bisch Hall<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schlachtplatte, Kesselfleisch, Blut- und Leberwurst mit Kraut sowie Bauernbratw\u00fcrste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Anlehnung an vergangene Tage wird am Samstag um 10 und 14 Uhr jeweils eine Hausschlachtung mit allem Drum und Dran vorgef\u00fchrt. Metzger demonstrieren dabei, wie ein Schwein gebr\u00fcht, ausgeweidet und verarbeitet wurde. Ein f\u00fcr diesen Tag und die Jahreszeit typisches Essen darf nicht fehlen: Ab 11 Uhr werden im Museumsdorf frische Gerichte vom Schw\u00e4bisch-H\u00e4llischen Landschwein angeboten. Es gibt Schlachtplatte, Kesselfleisch, Blut- und Leberwurst mit Kraut sowie Bauernbratw\u00fcrste mit Kraut.<\/p>\n<p>Am Sonntag, an dem nicht geschlachtet wird, stehen die gleichen Gerichte ab 10 Uhr auf dem Speiseplan. An beiden Tagen ist die Schnapsbrennerei in Betrieb, und aus dem Holzbackofen gibt es frischen Blooz. Der Eintritt zum Schlachtfest (nicht der Eintritt ins Museum) ist frei.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einer allgemeinen F\u00fchrung kann sich jede und jeder am Sonntag das Museum erkl\u00e4ren lassen. Treffpunkt ist um 14 Uhr an der Museumskasse. Dieses Angebot gilt nur f\u00fcr Einzelbesucherinnen und -besucher. Pro Person wird ein Unkostenbeitrag von zwei Euro erhoben.
