Besonders hoch ist der Sanierungsbedarf auf Autobahnen und Bundesstrassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Privat statt Staat \u2013 Kommunen zahlen drauf<\/strong>: F\u00fcr klamme Kommunen galt \u201c\u00d6PP\u201d jahrelang als Allheilmittel. Jetzt macht sich vielerorts Ern\u00fcchterung breit. Zahlreiche von privaten Geldgebern gebaute Schulen und Schwimmb\u00e4der erwiesen sich als schlecht geplant und als zu teuer. F\u00fcr Prof. Holger M\u00fchlenkamp sind daher viele \u00d6PP-Projekte eine schlechtes Gesch\u00e4ft f\u00fcr den Steuerzahler. F\u00fcr viele Kommunen sei es lediglich ein Finanzierungs-Trick zu Lasten k\u00fcnftiger Generationen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datenmissbrauch<\/strong>: Es passiert sage und schreibe Millionen mal am Tag: Das Telefon klingelt.
